Nova Keyboard Terms of Use
Welcome to Nova Keyboard, provided by the NovaKeyboard team. These terms apply to our app, keyboard extension and related services. Please read them before use; if you do not agree, stop using the relevant services. See the Nova Keyboard Privacy Policy for how personal information is processed.
1. Services and accounts
Nova Keyboard provides typing, themes, appearance customization, stickers, sound effects and online translation. Some features require a network connection, relevant permissions, an account or paid benefits, as described in the app.
Keep your account secure. Do not impersonate others or use the services for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud or interference with systems. Minors should use the services under a guardian's guidance and obtain their consent before purchases.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Prices, subscription periods, included benefits and trial conditions are those shown on the purchase page and Apple's confirmation screen. Subscriptions are paid through your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled. Charges after a free trial or promotional offer follow the terms displayed at purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancel in advance to avoid renewal; for free or discounted trials, we recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Eligible purchases can be restored using "Restore purchases" in the app. Apple handles refund requests under its rules and applicable law.
Diamonds are used for designated in-app content or benefits. They are not cash or a payment instrument and cannot be exchanged for cash. The relevant pages explain how to obtain diamonds, how many are required and which content they can unlock. Significant rule changes affecting existing benefits will be communicated appropriately in advance and handled in accordance with law.

3. Content and intellectual property
Rights in the app and the themes, stickers, sound effects and other content it provides belong to us or the respective rights holders. You may use this content through the features provided by the app. Without permission, you may not extract content as standalone assets, resell it or use it in ways that infringe the rights holders' rights. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Photos, videos and other content you use for custom themes remain yours or the original rights holders'. Ensure that you have the right to use them. Using customization features does not transfer ownership to us.
If you believe content in the app infringes your intellectual property rights, email us at the address below with the location of the content and evidence of your rights. We will review and address the complaint.
4. Online translation and third-party services
Online translation requires sending the text you submit to cloud services for processing, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Translations may contain errors; check that they are suitable for your intended use.
When using Apple sign-in, purchases or other third-party services, you must also comply with the applicable rules of those services.
5. Service changes and responsibility
We maintain and improve the services, but network conditions, device compatibility, system updates or third-party service failures may affect functionality. We will explain significant changes to services or paid benefits appropriately and protect your rights in accordance with law.
To protect users and service security, we may take necessary measures to restrict unlawful, infringing or abusive conduct. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights granted by applicable law or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using the services or request account deletion at any time. If we suspend or terminate services for violations, we will explain the reasons as appropriate. Termination does not affect refunds, data handling or other obligations required by law.
In a dispute, you may first contact us at the email address below to seek a resolution, or seek relief from a court with jurisdiction in accordance with law. These terms do not affect mandatory protections available to you under applicable law.
6. Apple software license
For apps obtained through the App Store, the software license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement Nova's service rules and do not replace that agreement. We provide product support for Nova.

7. Updates and contact
We may update these terms and their revision date. We will provide appropriate notice of significant changes.
